Jon leads Stark Enterprises construction arm, Arbor Construction, in all projects and developments throughout the portfolio, including pre, post and current construction and project management. Jon has over 30 years of construction experience in building and preserving over a billion dollars in assets ranging from commercial to office and residential multi-family.
Patrick works as our in-house Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure projects are within budget and delivering at the highest quality. Patrick has over 10 years of construction experience in Project Management.
Craig has nearly 25 years in Estimating and Pre-Construction experience, including 15 in new construction and renovation work. The bulk of his experience is in single and multi-family housing, but he has also worked with local and state governments, retail and office space, k-12 and collegiate educational, and religious organizations.
Jeff is the lead Superintendent in the Central Florida Region responsible for coordinating daily construction activities. As a licensed contractor, Jeff brings over 20 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction with over a billion dollars worth of government assets as well as over 300 million dollars in residential properties.
Britanie manages all of Arbor Construction’s accounting. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a B.A in Accounting and has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University. She has over 10 years of experience in property management, construction, and real estate development accounting.
George has over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He attended college at UNLV and grew up in Independence. George currently resides in Seven Hills.
