As its in-house construction arm, Arbor, a full-service General Contractor, and Construction Management company, plays a pivotal role in development, from early conceptual design to budgeting, scheduling, and construction management including estimating, pre-construction, project management, and field supervision.

Jon leads Stark Enterprises construction arm, Arbor Construction, in all projects and developments throughout the portfolio, including pre, post and current construction and project management. Jon has over 30 years of construction experience in building and preserving over a billion dollars in assets ranging from commercial to office and residential multi-family.

Craig has nearly 25 years in Estimating and Pre-Construction experience, including 15 in new construction and renovation work. The bulk of his experience is in single and multi-family housing, but he has also worked with local and state governments, retail and office space, k-12 and collegiate educational, and religious organizations.

Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating
Jeff is the lead Superintendent in the Central Florida Region responsible for coordinating daily construction activities. As a licensed contractor, Jeff brings over 20 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction with over a billion dollars worth of government assets as well as over 300 million dollars in residential properties.

Britanie manages all of Arbor Construction’s accounting. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a B.A in Accounting and has a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. She has 15 years of experience in property management, construction, and real estate development accounting.

Controller
George has over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He attended college at UNLV and grew up in Independence. George currently resides in Seven Hills.

Project Manager
Sam is the Project Manager in North Carolina Region responsible for coordinating daily construction activities. Sam brings over 30 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction.

Project Manager, Oak Harbor Village
With over 40 years of construction experience, Robert has supervised an extensive portfolio of high-value residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. His expertise spans new builds, remodels, and large-scale developments, making him a trusted leader on every job site.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with his wife Cheryl, their four children, and eight grandchildren.
