
Jon leads Stark Enterprises construction arm, Arbor Construction, in all projects and developments throughout the portfolio, including pre, post and current construction and project management. Jon has over 30 years of construction experience in building and preserving over a billion dollars in assets ranging from commercial to office and residential multi-family.

Craig has nearly 25 years in Estimating and Pre-Construction experience, including 15 in new construction and renovation work. The bulk of his experience is in single and multi-family housing, but he has also worked with local and state governments, retail and office space, k-12 and collegiate educational, and religious organizations.

Jeff is the lead Superintendent in the Central Florida Region responsible for coordinating daily construction activities. As a licensed contractor, Jeff brings over 20 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction with over a billion dollars worth of government assets as well as over 300 million dollars in residential properties.

Jennifer Aufmuth serves as Construction & Development Controller. In her role, she oversees all financial aspects of the company’s construction and development activities, including project budgeting, cost tracking, cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and financial controls from pre-development through project completion.

With over 40 years of construction experience, Robert has supervised an extensive portfolio of high-value residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. His expertise spans new builds, remodels, and large-scale developments, making him a trusted leader on every job site.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with his wife Cheryl, their four children, and eight grandchildren.
